Why do we put up with this every year? A bunch of kids (and adults old enough to know better) dress up as ghosts, witches, zombies, nuns (!! why?) and demand sweets from people. This is somehow cute is it? It’s bleeding extortion, more like.
When I rule the universe – sometime next week with any luck, the paperwork is taking ages to come through – I will ban this immediately.
What? Why Bother? 
I’m not looking forward to Halloween this year. Last year was fine cos we were living out in the sticks, and nobody bothered us. But this year we’re almost town centre, on a pretty main road, and you just know we’re going to get lot of teenagers with their mates heads under their arms, hoping to make a few quid. A couple of years ago we were at the in-laws for Halloween, and the kids round here expect MONEY !!!! – like WTF !!!! ( They’ll be getting whatever I haven’t eaten in my cupboards IF THEY’RE LUCKY !!!! )
Yes kids they’re Jacobs crackers……..do we have a problem ?? ROFL……..
Bit like politics really.
Dressed up demands.
I’m fed up with pretends, so I just go for a straight forward demanding of sweets……chocolates, liquorice, oh more liquorice, maybe some cake too. I’m easy.
