I’d heard the word compression used quite a bit in the world of running. It seems that it’s good for your muscles if they are slightly squeezed, or something like that. I’d never go as far as to buy compression tights – jeez! – so I thought I’d get some compression undershorts, and I got these:
Now these are snug, to the extent that it wouldn’t be decent to post a photo of me wearing them… I wear these under my shorts (or tracksters) to run, and they are very comfortable, and nice and warm too. They are more snug than I thought anything could possible be, without actually feeling tight.
