There are good ways of running, and bad ways. My way (or ‘form’ if you want to use the lingo) still needs a bit of work.
You are not meant to land on your heels, as they don’t make very good shock absorbers. I know I should be landing just ahead of the heel, but unless I concentrate, it just doesn’t happen.
You would think are a year of this, I’d have mastered such a simple thing…
