I’ve missed toasties. I really have. I missed the smell of toasting cheese. I missed the smell of burning flesh as the superheated cheese destroys all soft tissue in the mouth. I miss the taste.
So I went out and bought a toasted sandwich maker.
This will be used mostly for a) Cheese Toasties and b) More cheese Toasties.
What? Why Bother? 
I have one of those stashed in the cupboard somewhere. With the weather changing now, it might be a great time to rediscover toasted sandwiches. Sod a cooked dinner when I get home tonight, lets bring out the toaster !!!!
